By using this website or engaging the services of Ramdi Property Solutions LLC, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a business or property management entity, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment prior to scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion.
Any quote or estimate provided by Ramdi is based on information available at the time of the quote. Estimates are not binding final prices and may be subject to change if:
We will communicate any material changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work. You will not be charged for work outside the original scope without your explicit approval.
Invoices are issued upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice, typically net 7 to net 30 days from the invoice date.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and electronic payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Payment via credit or debit card may be subject to a processing fee.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by New York law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
For large or complex projects, we may require a deposit of up to 50% of the estimated total before work begins. Deposit terms will be clearly stated in the written agreement for that project.
Service appointments are confirmed by mutual agreement via phone or email. We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed-upon window.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
⚠️ Same-day cancellations or no-shows after our crew has been dispatched may incur a fee equal to the minimum service call charge.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, staffing emergencies, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible and work to reschedule at the earliest available time.
You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date and time. This includes:
We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete services resulting from inadequate access, undisclosed conditions, or failure to meet the above requirements.
Ramdi Property Solutions LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a 90-day workmanship warranty on labor performed, unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty covers defects in the execution of work and does not cover:
Manufacturer warranties on parts, materials, and equipment are passed through to you where applicable. We do not independently warrant third-party materials.
Except as expressly stated above, all services are provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may request non-binding mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in the State of New York.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to our services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or it shall be forever barred.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of New York for any disputes arising under these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
